9. What Is your Return Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our merchandise, should you need to return an item, we'll exchange it or credit you with purchase price (excluding handling costs equaling 25% of the item price).

13. Can I see a swatch of the color I'm interested in before I order?
Sorry, the shipping cost is very expensive, so we do not have swatches available for customers. You can confirm the dress color by two ways, as follow:
1.view our color chart, choose color on internet.
2. Send me a color picture, and we will tell you if we have this color for your dress.
